$200 - $900 / month
Small office (1-2 visits/wk) to restaurant or multi-tenant (5+ visits/wk). Bigger square footage and higher traffic move the number.
$150 / visit · or monthly retainer
Flat per-visit for one-offs. Retainer-style for properties that need someone weekly.
$80 - $400 / visit
Lawn-only weekly cuts at the low end. Beds + edging + cleanup at the upper end. Seasonal cleanups quoted separately.
